i tried to switch from Bravura to my old love November and ran into this:
Is there a place to define the position of the repeat dots?
(Latest version of November Font just installed)
Restart your computer. These work fine in November2 on my machines…
Just did it, no difference 
Do you know where to change the positioning of the dots?
I did a lot of manually uninstall fonts copy again manually and restarting and finally solved it… don’t know how…
Well done. I was going to point you to these threads (Weird Repeat Signs - Dorico - Steinberg Forums and Repeat dots drawn incorrectly - Dorico - Steinberg Forums) which both indicate that it’s a font installation problem. There’s no way of manually adjusting the dots within Dorico; if the font is properly installed you’ll never to adjust them!
