Problem with pre-listening in Cubase 13 vst loops and samples are not heard when selected.

How about I am from Mexico, I acquired cubase 13 but I have a problem with the vst in the pre-listening they are not heard I even activate the pre-listening of headphones in the control room but not even so, could someone help me ?

You are probably talking about the Preview (in MediaBay), right?

Could your attach a screenshot of the Audio Connections > Control Room, please?

Have you activated Auto Play in the MediaBay?
