I had a valid Cubase LE 8, for windows, which came along with Focusrite Solo Bundle.
I upgraded my PC (windows 7) a while ago and in the process of reformatting I lost Cubase software. I had written to Focusrite on how to reactivate my license and following their guidance I reactivated my license. In the meanwhile I had downloaded a trial version of the same. All this while my trial version only was working and today it has expired and does not allow any further recordings. I need your support for:
How do I remove the trial version from my eLicenser Control?
Thanks for the solution provided I have reactivated my license now.
However, the reactivation was done only for the trail version which keeps reminding me that it will expire after a month. My full license software is not reactivated. This means that I will have to reactivate every month and the full license is not usable seamlessly without interruption.
Let me know if there is a solution to this.
Thanks & Regards.
Hi,
My license expired recently and when I try to re-validate I get the following message.
“When reactivating, the registration of the original Soft-eLicenser and the corresponding licenses will be deleted.
You will receive new Activation Codes for these products:”
However, how may ever times I try I am not receiving the new validation code.
Is there a way out. I am unable to save any of my recordings.
