Problem with time signatures

I have a 2/4 and a 9/16 bar. I want to change the time signatures to 2/4+1/16 and 8/16. If I insert 2/4+1/16 the last semiquaver is missing.

I was able to enter it from scratch with no trouble. Maybe insert a bar, and try that way?

Thank you for your answer, but unfortunately in this composition it doesn’t help. In another project I was also able to change the signatures.

I found a solution to the problem: I deleted all signatures and barlines after this bar and about 15 bars before this bar. Then I entered the signatures again.
