When I open an old project, some of my uad plug ins appear as unlicenced.
If I reload it, it is licenced correctly
Does anybody have this problem ?
Not so far here.
My guess is that there might be an update problem with UA Connect or (if you use it) iLok?
Which plugins?
Only opened 5 or so projects since the update, not a single issue with a UAD plugin yet, and all of my tracks are covered with them.
But these are all recent projects I’ve been working on, nothing ‘old’ so to speak.

Nope…all UAD and UADx working normally

I found the solution : Open first the old projects with cubase 14. Save and then open with cubase 15 and now it’s OK.

Same here, no issues at all.
I have read multiple times that people with a Spark subscription sometimes have these issues with licensing disappearing even though it is valid. Maybe something to check. Also, check whether you are using ilok cloud if that works for your licenses (I think it may for Spark?). If you briefly are disconnected from the Internet, I can imagine such things to happen as well.
UAD deadlock also here.
Project loading: C15 freezes on particular (random) channel for 5-10 minutes followed with error screen ‘UAD Powered Pug-ins Info. One or more UAD plug-ins have been disabled. A UAD device is not responding. (code -38)”

Ahhh that’s a good point.. For those of you having issues, are these native or are they DSP plugins??
I mentioned my system is working great, I’d be dead if mine didn’t work as the AVI Vision is my channel strip on every single channel in a project, along with the SSL G Compressor and quite a few others. Mine however are all native plugins, don’t own any UAD hardware.
