That is not an 100% assurance !!!
It is possible that even with new machines something is wrong, there are hundreds of components in your computer which can get broken after the quality checks have been done.
Plainly we can see something is wrong.
Quite what we have no way of knowing due to lack of any details of anything at all that would be relevant to anyone attempting to help unless they’re blessed with the talent of telepathy.
