I had two similar problems 1- when I downloaded the update it created a compressed document in the download directory that you have in download manager…if you unzip it from there it works and 2- you can download and open it from …https: //o.steinberg.net/en/support/downloads/cubase_12/cubase_pro_12.html if download manager doesn’t work
