Problems on reactivate Cubase AI 8

I cannot reactivate my Cubase AI 8.
When I enter my download access code, they send me a activation code.
However, when I tried to activate my products on eLC, that’s not worked for me.
I posted some attachments.

Additionally, I should say more info on my stuff.
I used it before I cannot remember exactly when it is. I only used Basic FX tools, but suddenly I tried to use AI 8.

Have you tried to reactivate your license as instructed here? If not, give it a go…
