Problems saving Groove agent SE4 kits or pre-sets.SOLVED

After creating my own kits with my own samples, try to save my new kits using save kit or save kit as or save preset and nothing happens.
I checked in the correct vst3 data folder and have even done windows and media bay searches and the kits/presets are just not being saved.
The only thing that is working for me is to use the export option.

Any idea’s what I’m doing wrong.

Anybody please.

When I’m saving a custom kit (with my own audio files) I use the export kit with samples function first. Then I will save the preset in whatever preset list I expect to see it in. It’s a two stage operation…

Deleted Cubase preferences and can now save pre-sets and kits.

Info for anybody that has the same problem.
