Problems that came back in Cubase 10

Everytime I zoom the timeline in, save and close cubase and open a different project it takes on the same close zoom of the previous project, that needs to be fixed?

Whenever the limiter section in the channel strip is expanded and I close and open the channel strip a huge empty space appears beneith it. Can that problem be fix?

Zoom level is not stored with the project.

Ok, try zooming in, close and open another project, it takes on that same look. Also could you tell me whats the problem with the limiter section in the channel strip.
