Problems with absolute 4

  1. At Steinberg Download Assistant in the Purchased items folder, I don’t see the absolute 4 I bought. Why?
  2. I also don’t see the Absolute 4 I purchased in My Products folder. Why?
  3. The Steinberg Download Assistant indicates that you must enter a download access code. What is this and how to get it? I only have the product serial number.
