problems with Cubase Elements 7 after re-installing

Hi, I’m in trouble with my Cubase Elements 7 since I re-installed Cubase Elements 7 on my new PC. This is what happens when I open a new project, let’s say “Recording”:

  1. I receive a window “Loading MixConsole”, but it doesn’t react

  2. Immediately a second window appears:

"Application ‘Sweet Spot Morphing Channel Strip’ has caused the following error:

eLicenser(s) contain(s) no valid license for this application.

Options:

  • For troubleshooting information click .
  • Click to view available licenses.
  • Connect a valid eLicenser and click .
  • Click to abort."
  1. When I click on “Licenses”, I get another window, showing info about my eLicenses, but I cannot change nor click nor add anything within that window, so I abort it clicking on Cancel.

  2. Then this window appears:

"Application ‘Sweet Spot Morphing Channel Strip’ has caused the following error:

The user has canceled the license selection.
Options:

  • Click to abort."
  1. I then abort, and then I get an empty “recording window” with mixing board, a few tools and a VST guitar amplifier, the GA Classic Crunch. When I close this VST amplifier and re-open it in the “Effects” box, I get the following window:

Application ‘GA Classics - CRUNCH’ has caused the following error:
"The user has canceled the license selection.
Options:

  • Click to abort."

It also warns me that any new project could crash.

What can I do to make it all work?

Thanks!!!
Frank
