Welcome to the forum, @martini.stephane. I’m sorry you’ve had problems getting the trial downloaded and installed. Your trial license is assigned correctly to your Steinberg ID, so all you need to do is get the software installed.
What is happening when you run Steinberg Download Assistant? What specific error message(s) are appearing?

You don’t need to enter an access code: just download Dorico Pro 5 and install it, and you will find that your trial license is ready and waiting for you.
