Problems with eLicenser since windows 10 update

Hi

I can no longer open cubase 9.5 since a windows update yesterday (windows version 1903) as I do not know my code number - my Steinberg account used to show a list of my products (which is where I thought I could access my activation code) so I am at a loss as to how to regain use of my product and get on with the business of recording.

Neither the software tab or the elicence tab shows me anything

Can someone please advise.

I found the document where my original activation code was but eLicence wont accept it as it has already been used to activate the software. Why do corporations have to make things so difficult?

Problem solved - I had to uninstall the eLicencer and download another.

After that, everything worked fine and cubase opened.
