Is there anything I can do to avoid this when exporting graphics from Print window?
Unfortunately the only solution for now would be to export each page as a separate graphic.
If you’re on Mac, another option would be to use the OS Print dialog and export to PDF that way, using the buttons in the bottom left-hand corner of Print mode.
This problem is fixed in the forthcoming 1.0.10 update.
