Problems with installation on Mac

Hi,

I recently downloaded the Set_Jazz_installer.dmg and tried to install it. If I double-click on the the icon, nothing happens.
Can I do the installation manually? What do I have to do with the files inside the Additional files folder?

I have the same issue.
Purchased Groove agent, install it no problems, activated yes.
Activated Jazz Essentials, no problem.
Downloaded the dmg from steinberg
Opened it, has a PDF that says launch the installer, but! no installer, only an app called Jazz Essentials.app, which does not launch.

Any ideas?

below the bottom of the window is a folder called “additional content”

Mostly solved: you can copy the files manually from the “Additional Content” folder to the Steinberg application support folder. They go in “/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Content”. Not sure if they have to be in …/Grove Agent/Content as well . . .
