I purchased cubase artist at guitar center, they sent me an email and an activation code, I’ve downloaded everything (windows 10) then it asks for a usb device to activate, so I down load the soft e-license, but even after it’s downloaded and appears on the elicencer(and I’ve fownloaded all the “updates” and “help” files) it still says there is currently no elicencer connected to your computer after I type in the activation code. Please advise.
You currently need an USB eLicenser to use Cubase Artist and Cubase Pro. Do you have one?
