Problems with media/loop and samples

In the media/loop and samples window I can hear the midi playing automatically but not the audios.
When I translate the audio into the project instead I hear it correctly in the mix.
What can I do to fix the problem? Thank you

Please let me have more details, which audio files fail to be previewed in the MediaBay.

Hi, i cant hear any type of audio file in the media bay and in the media rack.
But if i drag and drop the file in the track i can hear it.
There ara some settings to do?
In the image i click the audio file, play or autoplay, playback cursor moves but i don’t hear audio
