Problems with note-spacing

I try to get this

I have worked with Swab Voice Order, Swab Voice Content and manually note-spacing. When using the note-spacing tool, I can only move two segments individually - The notes in the same column move together, I can’t split them.

Have you tried using the Voice Column Index settings?
