The project is sounding one semitone lower

Hi , I´m having an issue with Cubase. Whenever I tap a note it sounds one semitone lower than it should ( It sounds the same when I do it with the MIDI). I thought it was a problem with the project so I started a new one, but it´s still happening. Can someone help me , please?
