I have recently purchased Cubase 9 Pro and when I tried to work in my first project with it I have had a surprise. The video is pixel looking and jumps and stops all the time. I have tried to change the video player on devices as I used to do in precedent versions but I cannot switch among different options, probably is because I used to wrok with Win and now I switched to Mac. The thing is that I have paid 500 and some EUR and have had to score this project with Logic because the video is not working well with Cubase.
The file sent by the director was in mp4 format so, I don’t think that this is the problem… my Mac is 64Gb RAM and I don’t think that is a problem with my system either.
Can somebody help me with this?
