Seems resolved. Now showing under My Products.
Just confirming ā the issue appears to be resolved on my end as well.
SpectraLayers 12 is now showing correctly under My Products in the Steinberg Download Assistant.
Letās just wait for an official word from @TimoWildenhain, who seems to be fully aware of the issue, so we understand what happened and whether any user action is needed.

Iām running SL11-Pro, and have purchased upgrade to 12 (yesterday)ā¦
Iām still seeing a āDownload access code invalidā.
have tried to input dowload code both via web [account.steinberg/products āredeem codeā] and [SDA āredeem codeā]
You DID first install sl12 itself before attempting to use the code, right?
I followed the instructions on the installation email, which mentioned to input the code, as per bullet point 3 !!!
- Mac if it is not already installed
- Launch Steinberg Download Assistant and sign in with your exiting Steinberg ID or create one
- Click on āEnter your Download Access Codeā and enter the Download Access Code(s) shown below
- Select the software under My Product Downloads to get a list of download options on the right
- Click the Download or Install/Install all button to continue
