Do you know how to make a “Program Change” when using the “List Editor” ?

Open the list editor for the midi track you want to add the program change to and click on the “Insert Event Type” button and select “Program Change” then use the pencil tool and draw the note as desired into the list.
In my case, it is not for adding a new note, but for changing of matrix into a plugin ( which has a Program Change number) that I’m working with. I’ve been told me that it is possible to do so with the List Editor.
