program crash trying to import an audio file

hey guys!
I got cubase 10 elements today.
the thing it´s that when I try to import a audio file the program crashes

this is the issue details (images attached)
any idea?

Hi and welcome,

This is an known and already reported issue of Cubase 10.5. The crash is in the Import dialog. So you can import by drag and drop to the project as a workaround for now.
