Program Loader Not Displaying Programs

Greetings,

The program loader in the plugin window won’t load or display any out-of-the-box presets for Retrologue 2. It only shows the “Init Retrologue 2” in the Load Program field, and when I attempt tp load a program, nothing is displayed. (Please see screenshots.)

Apologies if this is a recurring or simple question; I wasn’t sure how to phrase the issue. If there’s already a thread on this, please link to the issue.

I am running Retrologue 2.20 on MacMini with Mojave 10.14.6.

Now I have exact the same problem. Any suggestions?

you have to open the steinberg download assistant program, search in the list> vst instrument and plugins> Retrologue 2 click and open Content Retrologue 2 (on the right you see it is the list of factory presets)
