Programs under th red key - why?

Some time ago i reveal in HALion Sonic program browser (Cubase 15 pro) such red keyed program and wodner - is it simple lost license (and how to fix?) or just “advertising”? But it’s a really big prcentage of such points in a list. Who can help to clarify?

HALion SONIC may be free but for most of the content you have to pay extra for a licence.
The only free content is the Sonic Selection.
Do you have such licences?

Did you run Halion Sonic as a standalone version?

By the looks of it, you maybe installed the library from Sonic Collection? That library only works if you have a Sonic Collection license or the full version of HALion.
