I have programmed yesterday 4 hours, closed the project.
Today VL crashes and I can no longer load the project. This is very annoying.

where are the crash log situated in windows 10 x64?

What exactly happens? Does it bail back to the desktop, or does it freeze or what else?
But your picture shows all the dumps (aka “logfiles”), zip and send those.
If you PM then pls to Micha Spork, cannot help today anymore.

I can open the project w/o problems. Micha will examine your crashdumps.

a) try to rename the project, the pipe characters may confuse it.
b) create a folder somewhere, copy just the file and try to open it there. If it still crashes, the culprit must be outside (as there are no assets).
c) Maybe try to remove the VstViewer mod temporarily.
d) rename VST plugins folder(s) temporarily to check if that is a problem.

… I doubt that it has something to do with the VstViewer. I also can load your project file without problems. I see you have a lot of audio files, tempo and midi tracks. Do you think it possible to zip your project and send it to me (m.spork ( at ) steinberg.de)?
… and can you zip your “CrashDumps” folder and also send it to me? After that delete the *dmp files and have a look if a new log will be created when you start VL again. You are running VL Version 1.1.67?

Hi Michael, there is an issue with the license vst viewer, see my other post.

maybe try with a different audio device (or disable the audio device), which one you use?
Any crashdumps? Does it crash, or freeze?
Maybe a long shot … But do you have sufficient RAM to load your project? If not and you have preloading enabled, you might run into issues. Monitor to our memory when loading your project.
No , my computer is up to date (12 core processor, 4TB m2, 32Gb ram,…)
