I have the latest version of of Dorico installed.
[Ctrl+I] and File > Project Info are not launching the window.
I am unable to input my project information.
It started happening on the previous version, which is the primary reason I upgraded to the latest version.
Any ideas?
It has absolutely nothing to do with any update. I wonder whether your keyboard is still localized as it was before — for instance, if I write lyrics in Russian (a Tchaikovsky melody) and forget to revert to French keyboard layout, nothing works…
Have you tried opening that info window through the menu? Just to make sure it is a problem with the keyboard or the key command.
Everything I do is in English, but I could see that could be an issue.
I did go to File > Project Info and nothing happened. Same result.
Hi @paceveg, maybe at some point you dragged the Project Info window at the edge of your display and it seems “invisible”. I found that restarting Dorico reestablish the standard position of the dialogue (on Macos). But as you had this problem for longer time, may not be your case…
Are you using multiple displays, or multiple desktops?
Or maybe it stays behind the main project window? (I suppose you are in Windows?)

That was the issue. It was hiding on a 3rd monitor which was broken, so I couldn’t see it. I’m not sure how it moved there, since the monitor has been off for weeks, but it was there.
