I first bought Cubase 9.5. After, I updated with 12 and 13. I let the old version in place, just made the update, not the uninstall of the oldest.
And now when I record my projects with 13, some of them took the 9.5 format !
So, what do I must ? Keep the old versions and theirs updates or remove the olds and only keep the latest version ?

you can definetly keep all older Cubase versions on your system, no problem.
How did you start your project? From scratch, based on a template or is it an old project that is based on a previous Cubase version?
If you open Mediabay and click on your project (use the location tree on the left) you can see the Cubase version a project is based on on the right side (unfold the right side).
