Is there a simple way to adjust the Project Start Time so that 00:00:00:00 is at bar 1?

why dont you try removing the 3 bars offset that you set? change it to default (that would be 0)
I put the offset in because I use it… Count in, maybe a swell…
Put the playhead to bar 1. Go to menu Project → Set timecode to Cursor.
I figured there would have to be something like that but I couldn’t find it. Thank you, kindly, Johnny.

Ok, you didn’t mention that, so you needed the 0 timecodes at bar 1 plus any offset, now it’s clear.
And something newI learned, though I never use the timecode, but thank you both!
