Project Template missing in Cubase 14 Pro on MAC M3 OS 16

When I come back to my Cubase 14 Pro after a couple of years away, now the app is not showing any project templates on starting up. I recall there were a couple of MAC OS upgrade.

I first reinstalled the entire app and its libraries. Everything. Then, hit my User Contents in MediaBay (pressing F5) and redo the scan. I also gave it Full Disk Access. Nope. Nothing is there still.

The fun part of all these fantastic software is the time required to re-learn them… no it is not fun at all.

I realized I am using MAC and likely the privacy and security permission blocked that Media Bay server. But how do I enable it for Cubase and all its dependencies? I did enable Full Disk Access on the application itself. How do I do that for everything Cubase related on MAC?
