I noticed that Project Templates omit setting and therefore are not very useful. For example I created a new project from a Template and compared it, using Library Manager, with the Project from which the Template was created. There are differences in Notation Options and Collections as shown in the screenshot. Is this normal behavior?
I just tried it with success. What was your process for creating the template?
Since it works for you, I went back and tried it again, this time making sure to check “Preserve existing flows”. The Notation Options are now equal (some Collections are still different but that’s somewhat unimportant in my case). Based on the Flows dropdown displayed when you select Notation Options, I’ll assume that Notation Options are specific to flows and that a template will not bring over any Notation Options unless the existing flows were preserved when you saved the template.
