I encountered this since Cubase 8.0.30, but it might also be a Windows 10 thing.
Every time i try to edit something by dragging
- edit automation points
- edit tempo track
- edit audio warp
- lengthening a set of parts (sometimes)
and so on
The dragging tooltip just keeps repainting without clearing. So basically editing in the blind so to speak.
