Project won't save the state of the lower zone

  1. Create a new empty project.
  2. Hide the lower zone.
  3. Save.
  4. Close and reopen the project.
  5. You will see that the lower zone is active again, even when you made sure of hiding it before saving.

Windows 10, Cubase Pro 9.01.

Same on Win7. WHen opening project lower zone is always have size of more than half of the screen, no matter in what state I left it while saving project and quitting cubase
