Proofreading list moving to the beginning every time

Especially today when the proofreading list does not have possibility to hide items that are OK and checked this is really damaging the functionality:

With big scores where the proofreading list can contain hundreds of items even in one category in one flow- every time I click on one instance and then attend to it, the list on the right side jumps back to the beginning. To attend to the next item one has to scroll and find the next item all over again.

Please change this behaviour and not let the proofreading list automatically jump to the beginning.
Plus of course the functionality to “hide items that have been checked and marked OK”

We would like to try to retain/restore the scrolled position within the proofreading panel (our ref: STEAM-13441). There are some technical difficulties with that, so I don’t know when we might be able to make this possible.

The remedy would also be the possibility to mark items "checked: OK” and allow these to be hidden.
(somehow I deleted my reply accidentally… is there a way to undo that?)

We can’t do that, for reasons that we’ve already explained. We might be able to restore the scroll position though.
