In my full score (which I create as a ‘part‘ type layout, because I can easily propagate layout options between layouts), I entered the music, and setup the accidentals as I wanted them.
I go to the parts, and some accidentals are not the same as I set them in my score (e.g. Ab vs. G#). I tried selecting all in my score, and “Edit“, “Propagate properties“, however it did not work. Any idea as to why this happens? It would be great if I did not have to go through all the parts and manually check the accidentals match what I entered in the score.

Update: I have been setting my accidentals by entering with a midi keyboard and using alt + (-) or (+) accordingly. This input method is what does not propagate to other layouts.
Tried to enter the accidentals instead with the Key Signatures panel, and then the accidentals do propagate to other layouts as I enter them in the score, in case it helps anyone.
Bummer I will need to go reenter them all over again, but it will need to be just in the score, not in every part also.
Update again: It is actually more simple than that.
The accidentals that I found are not propagating from the score to other layouts are those that in the bottom panel are called one way, but shown in my score another. For instance, see this Fb in my score:
When that note is selected, the bottom panel shows it as an E, instead of Fb:

That is why in the Flute part I see an E instead of my intended Fb.
The solution is to check the bottom panel for accidentals named differently from what I need, and respell them by changing the note, and placing it back, making sure the note name in the bottom panel matches what I see.
(And ofc, as you enter notes, make sure they match from the start, so you don’t have to go through all and recheck manually).
Normally, if you make an enharmonic change to a score layout, it will propagate to part layouts, but changes made to part layouts do not propagate to the score; this is by design. You can force the score to look the same as the part by using Write > Respell > Propagate Note Spellings.
Since your score is using a part layout, I’m not sure how this all works, but I suspect that no respellings will automatically propagate to other layouts (since you’re always working in a part layout). But I think that if you have a particular layout open, Propagate Note Spellings should work to synchronize those spellings in other layouts in which those staves appear. Give it a try and see if it works for you.
