Hello Steinberg Developer Team,

I am developing BlueGEE Touch Rack, a closed-source Windows standalone guitar effects application using JUCE Starter and ASIO.

I have not registered a business yet. Initially, I plan to provide a free beta to a small group of guitar students, with possible commercial distribution later.

I am reviewing the ASIO SDK Licensing Agreement and would appreciate clarification:

1. Can I sign the proprietary ASIO licence agreement in my own name as an individual developer?
2. What should I enter in the “Company or Organization” and “Represented by” fields?
3. Where should I submit the completed agreement and obtain a copy signed by Steinberg?
4. Is the signed agreement required before distributing this limited free beta?

Thank you for your guidance.
