PreSonus has a proprietary bundle format much like Steiny’s .vstsound where their bundled content is packaged similarly (.soundset). They saw fit to give users a free tool to pack / create their own bundles in that format (full sessions, files, loops, anything really) for use in their host.
They also opened up a free web server where registered users can share (upload, download) presets, content bundles, impulses, etc, etc.
Not the worst idea I’ve ever seen.
