Provide Options so we can have nothing open in the Lower Zone by default

The Key Editor has an Option to have it open in its own Window instead of the Lower Zone.

Everything else that currently opens in the Lower Zone should also have the same Option available.

I’ve got a multiple monitor setup and basically never want to use or even see the Lower Zone. Right now if I add a Sample Track or edit a MIDI Remote I have to

  1. Open the GUI in the Lower Zone
  2. Pop it out to a standalone Window
  3. Close the Lower Zone
  4. every single f%(!ing time
  5. over and
  6. over and
  7. every so often the Lower Zone reopens itself (???)
  8. Close the Lower Zone
  9. over and
  10. over and
  11. over and
  12. over and
  13. over again…

It gets really old after awhile

Agree, the full set of Editor key commands should be implemented for all eligible editors, e.g.
