Punch-in/out numbers not able to change with mouse or typing

the punch-numbers is the transport bar have to be

  1. right-klicked
  2. entered a value
  3. finished by pressing enter
    contrary to the locator-numbers that are able to be changed correctly by mouse-wheel :confused:
