Punch in punch out section greyed out, can't edit

I enabled and disabled that lock button, didn’t help. Restarted. Still greyed out. Can’t edit.

How to get it back?

I did. Doesn’t do anything. Still greyed out. I rebooted and tried again, still greyed out.

Enable them by clicking the two buttons I put in the red circles.
