Guys, please tell me that I don’t have to set this every time I open project or it’s just a bug with my
cubase 8.5. I couldn’t find in preferences to stay it locked with the locators forever…

If my memory serves me it’s a lock on the transport itself, or a little cog wheel, not in studio now but it is there somewhere.

Yeah, Dave is correct it is a little cog just to the right of the Punch In/Out buttons. But to avoid setting this every time make sure to enable it as part of a template so it’s set that way when creating a new project.
