Purchase Login Failure

I’m trying to purchase the Wavelab 8.5 update but when requested to login Steinberg does not recognise my registration email and/or password OR the forum email and/or password.

However I can login to “My Steinberg” successfully and (as you can see) the forum successfully!!!

Furthermore when attempting to telephone the UK & Ireland support No. 0049 40 42236 115 that’s not recognised by the telephone system either???

Anyone else suffer from these issues?
