I purchased the Cubase 15 Pro competitive crossgrade on March 28 (received March 30), and the sale started April 1 with about a $100 price difference.
I contacted the reseller (Best Service), but they confirmed they can’t adjust pricing after purchase.
I’ve now submitted a support request to Steinberg as well (including a follow-up), but haven’t heard back yet.
Has anyone had success getting a goodwill voucher or credit from Steinberg in a situation like this?
