Purchased license expires tomorrow, request in support left untouched for more than week

love your product. This is probably -not- the right place for this message but I’m not seeing any other choice currently.

Request #638530 - I have frankly a yucky situation where I previously purchased Cubase 7.5, lost the Dongle, went through the pain of purchasing a new one, the Zero-Downtime thing and all, and received a new activation key.

I have now purchased the latest Cubase 13 Pro, as an upgrade to my existing version, but can’t get through to using it via the activation key.
Something’s missing and not sure what. Please help, the ticket has all the screenshots and more detailed walkthrough of the problem.

This is a public user forum, not Steinberg Support. Users cannot see the images you mention.

You’re not telling us what you did so far though. First you have to activate C7.5 with a new dongle, and after that you can apply the update you bought.

Open Steinberg Activation Manager.
Cubase 13 Pro should be listed. Click Activate.
Cubase and several other Steinberg software no longer require the USB dongle.
