Purchased SpectraLayers Pro 13 Update but Didn't Receive Download Access Code

Hi everyone,

I purchased SpectraLayers Pro 13 Update from SpectraLayers Pro 12, and my payment was completed successfully. However, I still haven’t received my download access code, so I’m unable to download or use the software.

I’ve already contacted Steinberg Support, but the issue has not yet been resolved.

When I check my order page, I see the following error message:

“Malformed HTML: The reference to entity ‘A’ must end with the ‘;’ delimiter.”

I’m wondering if this error is related to the missing download access code.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem? If so, were you able to resolve it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Update: Issue Resolved

Steinberg Support responded to my email very quickly.

They informed me that there was a technical issue on their side. Because of this, the purchase confirmation email was either not sent or contained errors, which is why I never received my download access code.

They sent me the download access code by email, and I was able to successfully download, activate, and use SpectraLayers Pro 13.

Same issue here, no download code. I used the Sweetwater site. No response yet from then. I did receive so far two emails a day apart that said the product had shipped…/s~

In that case you probably need to talk to Sweetwater, if they haven’t sent you the code in the mails.

Same thing here, upgrade paid for on the Steinberg website

I raised a support ticket several hours ago, nothing yet

You need to contact the Online shop support, not technical support.

Thanks, done that. It’s the first time I’ve ever had issues with buying from Steinberg online. I expect they’ll fix it
