Hi,
I would like to add a “note” or a “mark” on some event but not using the “description” metadata of the audio file. The mark is just for that session to derush. (also the description would affect the entire audio file where I maybe want cut it in different event and mark those.)
The “best” way i do this is create my audio track I use for derush and a marker track both in a folder that is “group editing”. I have a macro to easily create a marker that matches the position/lengh of the event below and then, any move/edit on the event transfers to the marker above (more or less cut the event does not cut the markers…)
But isn’t there another method ? like in text editors, add a note that would follow this event ? I could see something like using the range selection on a portion of an event and right clic to add a “note” to that range. That would stay with this audio file in the session with visible color and text above (like marker) that opens up to read more when mouse flies over ?
