Quantize preset doesn’t show the name of all presets. I didn’t load any presets from older versions of Cubase. All these presets were created and saved inside Cubase 10.

This is already known and reported bug in Cubase and Windows 7. Longer menu lists don’t show all items sometimes.
Do you have the latest Cubase 10.0.10 update installed?
