Do you know when we can expect quater, 3 quater and eighth ton to appear in a next update?
In the meantime, is there a workaround to do it?

If I’ve understood your question correctly, then yes, Dorico can already do this. See GIF:
If you need something different to what the default “Equal temperament (24-EDO)” setting can do, there’s a little pen icon under the “Tonality System” section (see GIF for where that is) - click it and create your own Tuning System.
