When I insert a slur over a group of notes, the slur is lopsided, meaning that 2 of the 3 handles are smashed together on one side of the curve, giving the slur a weird hooked end. I can fix this easily enough by pulling the center handle to the center of the curve, but after doing so, the slur changes color from black to green. I would like to change it back to black, but I can find no mention of this in the manual. Can someone enlighten me please? Thanks.
You can change the color of moved slurs in Preferences:
Preferences>Scores>Colors for Additional Meanings>Moved Slur
Know that the color is only used for display on screen, whatever color you choose will print in black.
